Attendees will get a worksheet to fill out and will work in groups of 5 to allow for collaborating and sharing ideas. Aurea will discuss the necessity of community from personal experience of receiving and giving to those around her. This workshop will provide space for attendees to think of a difficult caregiving concern and seek support from others as they problem solve by thinking of creative solutions.
