How to Care for the Caretaker

Attendees will learn information pertaining to nervous system regulation and how it affects our ability to care for ourselves and others. Our nervous system is the lens we see the world through. When it is out of regulation everything we see and hear becomes more challenging but with the right tools and awareness we can bring ourselves back to a calm state where we can make decisions that are in our best interest. This session will end with a breathwork practice, sound bowls, and directing our mind towards positivity and hope. This will help to lower stress, anxiety, and burnout while supporting mental clarity.
